We manufacture new propshafts according to customer specification and ensure our best quality. Our manufacturing machines are maintained to ensure the best production quality on our products. All our measuring and test equipment are regularly calibrated to ensure accuracy and repeatability to prevent any deviations from the standard.

When we receive any product from our customers it is send to our Stripping Bay to analyze any worn or damaged part for repair or replacement. We analyze the propshaft for any defects and what caused the damages or wear and tear. To repair any product we draw the best quality parts from our store and ensure to keep their parts in stock for further use for our customers.

With regular stock takes we ensure that fast moving parts are replaced with new parts to prevent delays on services and repair of our customer’s property. We make sure of the best price and best quality for our customers.

To replace worn parts, some machining must be done to remove old part in our Machine Shop area. We also cater for any engineering repairs or any new designs for our customer’s needs.

After machining is done we send the products to our assembling bay to fit new parts to the customer’s propshafts and make sure it is done according to Work Instructions, sample and drawing specification ensure efficiency, reliability and quality.

After assembling new components on propshafts we send the propshafts to the welding bay to ensure best welds according to welding instruction and specification for optimal strength and durability.

After the welding process is done we make sure of the correct penetration and strength of all the joints. The product is ready for balancing and sends to the balancing area. Only the latest technology in electronic balancing is used and a computerised printout is made after balancing to ensure quality.

In this area we make sure that the product conforms to customer specification. The product undergoes a few checks to ensure that product is assembled correctly and balancing proceeds by following work instruction to ensure quality.

When balancing is done, we paint and wrap the propshaft to preserve the product from any damage. Then they are tagged and stored ready for collection, delivery or fitment. Our aim with this procedure is that our products when finished are neat & tidy for total customer satisfaction and that there is no confusion regarding any Customers Property.

Before any product leave the premises or product re-fitted on any vehicle, a final inspection is done to establish any defect or any problem. If product passed the final inspection, product is ready for dispatching at dispatch area. If problems exist, a nonconformance report is generated to investigate what cause the deviation from the standard. A corrective and preventive action generated and discussed by the team what caused and who deviated from the work instruction.
